We are currently seeking passionate event volunteers to be a part of Rare Spares Rockynats 05. There is a wide variety of roles available where no experience is necessary.

Roles AVAILABLE

FRONT OF HOUSE - TICKETING

Ticketing

This includes ensuring that guests are lined up in the correct lines, and that all patrons in the lines have their tickets ready, scanning of tickets, issuing wristbands. This role is required at each of our gates throughout the event precincts and at the camping grounds for check in.

FRONT OF HOUSE - GUEST SERVICES

Guests Services

There are a number of Guests services roles and you could be enjoying one of the following, these roles include, but are not limited to,

Helifish is back for 2025! Ensuring patrons smoothly find and access their aerial adventure, making their helicopter flight unforgettable.

Water taxi will be transporting our VIP and Platinum ticket holder across the river, you will be assisting with patron line up, embarking and disembarking during high tide times and advising the queues when the last runs will be.

Shuttle bus locations require a friendly guest services volunteer to let patrons know when the next bus is coming, the stops it will take and looking after queues.   

These roles are for those who love to interact with lots of people and enjoy being part of a team environment. Onsite training will be provided for any area that you are allocated.

EVENT SET UP

You will be responsible for helping set-up the event areas the week before Rockynats.
