Who can i talk to about impacts to my residence or business with the 2026 dates?

We understand that operating a major event that attracts a visitation of over 50,000 people and delivers an economic impact of more than $6M to our local economy has impacts on businesses and residences in the precincts where the event is delivered.

We are committed to working closing with residents and businesses impacted to minimise and mitigate as much disruption as much as possible whilst maximising opportunities for local businesses to benefit from the increased visitation in region.  As with previous years, we will be hosting community consultation events as well as sending details via email to all businesses who have supplied their details to us for accreditation.

Our full time engagement officer is also available to meet with anyone individually, and can be reached at rockynats@rrc.qld.gov.au to arrange a time to meet.  If we don’t have your direct contact details, you can also send them to rockynats@rrc.qld.gov.au and be added to our stakeholder list.

Will the Street Parade impact my business?
