IMPORTANT TICKETING INFORMATION

With two weeks to go until the inaugural Rare Spares Rockynats event, please take the time to review the following important information about your tickets.  

HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR TICKETS

Your E-tickets are now available to name and download. Follow the instructions below to access your tickets:

1. Go to - https://tickets.rockynats.com.au/MembersArea/members/
2. Login using the EMAIL address and PASSWORD you used when making your ticket purchase
3. Click on “My Orders” on the sidebar
4. Click the “View Order Details” link
5. Click the “Name” button next to each ticket and enter the name of the person who is using it to gain entry.
6. Once you are done you can use the “Download All” button to download your individually named tickets as a single PDF ready for printing or use the “Email PDF Tickets” button to email the tickets to yourself.

If you have not received your E-Tickets via email within half an hour, please check to see if your mailbox is full or if the email is in your spam folder. You can also check that your email address is entered correctly by clicking the “My Details” button on the sidebar. 

WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE GATE

• On first arrival to the entry gate, please present your E-ticket for scanning.
• E-tickets can be printed or displayed via your mobile phone.
• Your e-ticket will be exchanged for a lanyard (Platinum/Gold) or wristband (General Admission) to allow efficient access in between event precincts.
• Your lanyard/wristband must be worn at all times whilst within the event precincts.
• Treat your lanyard/wristband like cash - lost or broken lanyards/wristbands will not be replaced or honoured for re-entry into the event.
• Upon entry to each event precinct, you will be required to check in via the EVA Check-in App for COVID-19 contact tracing purposes.

Platinum/Gold Welcome Packs will be available for collection upon first arrival to the entry gate. 

KIDS TICKET REMINDER

Although children under 13 years are free with the purchase of a General Admission Adult, Concession or Family pass they still require a ticket allocation to allow us to manage our COVID Safe Plan requirements.

If you have purchased tickets but didn't add your children's tickets please email rockynats@rrc.qld.gov.au with your name and Order ID so we can allocate your children's passes. Please note the free children’s tickets do not allow access to grandstand seating allocated to Platinum and Gold ticket holders.

FAMILY TICKETS

Family tickets are valid for 2 adults and 2 youth (age 13-17 years). Family tickets will be issued as 1 x E-ticket. All family members must arrive together at the entry gate for the E-ticket to be exchanged for 4 x wristbands.

PLATINUM & GOLD GRANDSTAND SEATING

In order to comply with Queensland Health’s current COVID-19 requirements, your Platinum/Gold Order has been updated to include a reserved grandstand seat at the Burnouts Precinct.

This reserved seat will be yours for the duration of the event, during your allocated session times.

A COVID Safe clean of the grandstands will be conducted in between session times, so please assist us by promptly vacating your seat at the end of your session.

You will need to present your E-ticket detailing your seat number to gain access to the Burnouts grandstand.

GRANDSTAND SESSION TIMES – NORTHSIDE BURNOUT PRECINCT

Platinum ticket holders allocated grandstand seating:

• Friday | 1pm – 6pm (Burnout Championship Qualifying, Burnout Masters Round 1)
• Saturday afternoon | 3pm to 8pm (Burnout Championships, Burnout Masters Round 2)
• Sunday afternoon | 2pm to 4pm (Burnout Championships Final, Burnout Masters Final)

Gold ticket holders allocated grandstand seating:

• Friday | General Admission access only
• Saturday morning | 10am – 2pm (Burnout Championships)
• Sunday morning | 11am – 1pm (Burnout Championships Final)

DOWNLOAD THE FREE EVENT APP 

Plan your weekend with the Rockhampton Events app! The app allows you to see the full program of events and mark your favourites so you will get notifications straight to your pocket when events are about to start.

To download, go to the app store and search “Rockhampton Events” and select Rockynats.

TRANSPORT & PARKING

Start planning how to get to Rare Spares Rockynats! There are multiple options for transport to and from the event, plus parking close to the precincts.

FREE SHUTTLE BUSES

Showgrounds, Burnouts and CBD shuttle routes are operating Friday - Sunday at regular intervals. Present your ticket, wristband or event access card to catch a ride.

FREE PARK & RIDE FROM STOCKLAND ROCKHAMPTON

On Saturday and Sunday park at Stockland Rockhampton for free and access their dedicated bus service to the McDonalds Showgrounds Precinct.

YOUNG'S BUS SERVICES

Young's Bus will be operating the limited service (Route 20) Friday to Sunday from the Capricorn Coast to Rockhampton.

SPECTATOR PARKING

Free on-street parking is available near the McDonalds Showgrounds Precinct and CBD Precinct areas with a dedicated gold coin donation car park on Goodsall St at the Rockhampton Cricket Grounds for Buddy's Fire Burnouts.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING

There are a number of accessible parking spots available throughout the event. Patrons must clearly display a current Government issued Disability Parking Permit to access these parking spots.

BUS TRANSFERS FROM OUTSIDE THE REGION

Spectators travelling from Emerald, Dingo, Duaringa, Biloela, Yeppoon or Gladstone can take advantage of the bus transfers available from CQ Adventures (from just $20). You must pre-book.

QR CODE CHECKING-IN AT PRECINCTS 

Rockynats is a COVID Safe Event and all attendees are required to check in and out of each precinct by scanning a QR Code at the gate.

RECOMMENDED: Download the free EVA Check-In App before the event and set-up your customer profile/s to fast track at the gate.

Using your smart device you can do any of the following to check-in:

1. Scan the QR Code poster displayed at the gate for each precinct with your camera or the EVA App.
2. Tap on the Check-In icon in the ‘Rockhampton Events’ Rockynats app for the precinct you are checking into.
3. Visit www.rockynats.com.au/CheckIn and tap on the precinct you are checking into if you don’t wish to use the EVA App or scan a QR Code.

There will be manual check-in options for spectators without a smart device - please see event staff at the entry gates for assistance. 

MERCH AVAILABLE AT THE EVENT 

The inaugural Rare Spares Rockynats is right around the corner, with thousands of entrants and spectators ready to party hard in Rockhampton. Rockynats 01 merch will be available at the show, but based on previous 'Nats events we reckon this stuff will sell out, FAST!

You can grab yours at the Buddy's Fire Burnout Precinct, McDonalds Rockhampton Showgrounds Precinct, CBD, and Bike Precinct, so make sure you get in early and secure yours. These won't be printed again, so don't miss out!
